A 3N/4D retreat at the Golden Ray Resort, nestled in the quiet town of Mukteshwar (Nainital), Mountain Golden Ray is perched on a hilltop with stunning views of the surrounding valley and forests, rich in flora and fauna. The place is ideal for nature- lovers and people in spiritual journeys looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat away from their busy lives. It is common to spot beautiful bird species in and around the property.

- Shat kriya practices for cleansing (equipment would be provided).
- 3 day Live Yoga sessions with a Yoga Coach – asanas, deeply relaxing yoga nidra and meditation (yoga mat & yoga belt would be provided).

How to reach : nearest railway station is Kathgodam, Uttarakhand. Cabs are easily available outside the station. It takes about two and a half hrs to reach Mukteshwar.
Fee does not include travel from your city to Mukteshwar and back or any personal travel while at the retreat. any group travel planned by the retreat will be taken care by us.
